Description

Identify and re-engage inactive customers with the Inactive/Special Customer Tracking Email Follow-up app. This tool helps increase retention by detecting inactive or special customers based on defined criteria and sending them automated email campaigns to bring them back to your store.

Once installed, the app is available in Shopware Administration > Customers > Inactive Customers. Here you can configure the rules for detecting inactive customers, such as last login, last order, registration date, or wishlist age. Based on these settings, automated follow-up emails can be sent, including personalized promotions and coupon codes.
