CME is a specialized distribution company providing power supplies, measuring instruments, and test systems for industrial, research, and scientific applications. Their existing Shopware store required a modern refresh to better represent their product range and improve usability for technical buyers. To achieve this, they partnered with us for a Shopware 6 version upgrade and website revamp, along with ongoing support.
CME Shopware 6.6 to 6.7 Upgrade & Website Revamp

Improving the website design and user experience within Shopware 6 constraints
One of the main challenges in this project was improving the existing Shopware 6 storefront design while working within the platform’s standard architecture. The primary focus was on enhancing the visual presentation and user experience without introducing complex technical changes. The client required a more user-friendly and interactive interface that could better support SEO and improve overall usability for end users. Despite the simplicity of the technical setup, the challenge was to effectively refine the existing structure and deliver a more modern and engaging storefront experience within Shopware 6.

Key limitations included the following:
The existing design needed modernization within the current system structure
Improvements had to be implemented without major technical or architectural changes
Focus remained on UI/UX and SEO-friendly presentation rather than custom backend logic
Improving and upgrading the existing Shopware 6.6 storefront to 6.7
