Shopware 6 is a leading headless ecommerce platform developed in Germany. 2Hats Logic is the integration partners and plugin manufacturers for Shopware. From our vast experience in ecomerce, we have been developing multiple plugins solving different problems in ecommerce.

The Problem:

At least 70% of the ecommerce business are small business in Germany and are companies under 10 people. This means the business owners are in close watch of their business and order fulfillment. Shopware as a platform is primarily meant to be operated from a computer. It makes it difficult to keep good track of the new orders, its statuses, sales statistics etc.

The solution:

We built a mobile application using Flutter technology that communicate with the Shopware 6 APIs and display all the necessary information for any ecommerce business owner. This brings all the data available in a mobile app for the store owners. The solution is made with utmost ease of use. The store owners need to install a plugin in Shopware side and it displays a QR code. From the Shopware 6 admin app which they can download from the store they can scan this code and the website will be connected to the app and tha data will be available in the mobile app. The interface is highly intuitive.

The result:

Many store owners use the app to keep updated on the performance of their store and it even gives some additional information about their best selling products and top customers and so on.
